About the event

River Rock Healing Arts hosts its Chakrapalooza event with workshops in the morning, choose from:

  • 9:00 - 10:00 a.m.  Chakra Meditation with Sally Huebner - This class focuses on balancing your chakras through relaxation and activation.
  •  10:30 - 11:30 a.m.  Crystals and the Chakras:  An Introduction with Donna Sweeney - Crystals and Chakras have been tools of wisdom for humans in cultures all over the world for thousands of years.  Crystals are gifts from Mother Earth that contain energy to help us to align and balance our human energy fields.  Chakras are energy centers within our physical bodies that create movement with specific aspects of our human lives.  When we use crystals to help balance specific chakras, we greatly assist ourselves to gain more energy protection, harmony, clarity and awakening to our higher selves.
  • 12:00 noon - 12:40 p.m.  Yoga with Eileen Into Yoga - A gentle yoga class for all.

Purchase tickets in advance; drop-ins welcome if not sold out.  Book one of our popular 20-minute Reiki sessions and/or 45-minute mediumship/psychic readings in the afternoon. Come join us for our Yardley Second Saturday event!
