- 10:15 a.m. - 11:15 a.m. Yoga with Eileen Into Yoga - A gentle yoga class for all.
- 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. Embracing Power & Transformation - Why is everything so intense these days? Astrologer Kathy Biehl explains the monumental influence that is transforming our world and our lives. You’ll learn about Pluto, lord of death and rebirth, the role it’s playing now, and the personal benefits to you. (They exist.) No prior understanding of astrology necessary!
- 1:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. Qigong with Amy Ward Brimmer of Way Opens Wellness - a free introduction to Qigong; get a preview of Amy's 6-week class that starts Sept. 22.
